At Boots & Branches, we focus on connecting children to nature and developing their appreciation and stewardship of the natural world through the lens of Christian principles. We immerse children in nature through hands-on experiences and activities. Our vision is for children to become naturalist, community scientists, and stewards who have a deep connection to nature, their community, themselves and God.
Pre-k Nature Program

We provide a caring and positive atmosphere in which children can learn in an outside environment. Students learn through exploration and hands-on activities that are both child-centered and teacher-directed. We introduce social, emotional, and physical skills as well as language and math competencies.
Boots & Branches Pre-K is designed for students 3-6 years old. Students must be toilet trained.

*Classes are limited to 13 students with at least 2 highly qualified staff members.
*Families must enroll for the full 9 months.
*Friday Add-on is only available to kids enrolled in either a 2 day or 4 day Pre-K Program. It has the same schedule, drop-off and pick-up as our our other Pre-K days (9am - 12pm).

Your child and their caregiver will engage in creative nature based play both together and with others in the class. Inspired by play schema and the natural world, the leader will present a theme and invitation to play designed to encourage children to learn about the world around them and their place in it. Opportunities to practice empathy, creativity, and problem solving will be woven throughout each class as we focus on joyfully exploring together.
Wild Wednesdays is designed for ages 2-8. A parent/guardian must attend with their child.
* Families must enroll for the full 5 week session.
* Only siblings that are participating pay additional fee to help cover supplies.
This program is great for homeschool families or families interested in our Pre-K program but want to check it out first.
Pre-K Program Extras
Ready Roots
Ready Roots is a one hour add-on for kids ready for more educational instruction. Students must be ages 4-5 and mentally and emotionally ready. We will help assess whether your child is ready for this program.
Ready Roots will be offered on Mondays and Tuesdays from 12:30-1:30. Kids must be enrolled in our Pre-K program to participate.
The add-on fee is $50 per month for one day and $100 per month for both.
To enroll, simply add this as a Program in the enrollment/application process.
Friday Add-On
We are excited to offer a 3rd (or 5th) day option for our Pre-K program. This will look like our normal Pre-K program. It’ll run from 9:00am-12:00pm.
Fridays will be an additional $130 per month.
